45-day returns on parts and accessories

Changed your mind, or the part isn’t right? Return unused parts and accessories in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery.

How to start a return

• Contact us with your order number. Call or text (918) 300-8398, or email support@bestgolfcartsusa.com.
• We’ll confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
• Pack the item in its original packaging with all of its hardware.

Refunds

Once the item arrives and we’ve checked it, we refund the original payment. We’ll let you know when the refund is on its way.

Wrong or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us right away with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Golf carts

Golf carts are individual used vehicles, so return terms are agreed when you reserve one. Ask us before you buy.
